There is still time to join Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance (SSCA) for this one-day Personalised Care Showcase. The face-to-face event will showcase projects from across Frimley, Surrey and Sussex and give attendees the chance to share ideas, network and hear about work focused on improving cancer pathways.
Among the projects will be the prison inreach service, shared by University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, and vocal psychotherapy, share by the Horizon Centre in Brighton.
Who is this event for?
This event is suitable for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), cancer care coordinators, cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs), cancer support workers, doctors, health and wellbeing coaches, nurses, social prescribers - and all those who work across the Cancer Alliance footprint to improve the lives of cancer patients, making what matters to them count.
