Sign up today by completing the form below

Calling all primary care colleagues! Join us to learn more about genomics and why it’s a growing and increasingly important area for primary care.

Surrey and Sussex Cancer Alliance has teamed up with NHS South East Genomic Medicine Service to organise two online sessions to support primary care colleagues from across the South East to understand more about genomic medicine and how it can benefit both you, and your patients.

In this first session, on 16 October, 1-2pm, GP and genomic expert, Debbie Hipps from the NHS South East Genomic Medicine Service will provide an introduction to genomics, including how and when to refer patients.

Part Two will take place on 6 November, 1-2pm, and will focus on Lynch Syndrome, an inherited condition which increases someone’s chances of developing cancer by 80% during their lifetime.

To register for either of the Getting to Grips with Genomics sessions fill in the form below.
