Personalised Care: Why it Matters

We are delighted to announce our annual personalised care showcase Personalised Care: Why It Matters on 16 September 2025 at the Holiday Inn, Gatwick Worth. We want the event to celebrate achievements that have made a difference for people living with and beyond cancer in Surrey and Sussex. It will be an opportunity for professionals delivering personalised cancer care to share good practice, learn about local improvements, explore different roles within the workforce, highlight opportunities for the future and of course network with colleagues. The event is aimed at healthcare professionals in both primary and secondary care.
You are invited to submit an abstract relating to work to improve personalised care across the cancer pathway. We are interested in submissions from all aspects of the cancer journey, from screening to diagnosis, treatment and beyond, as well as prehabilitation and rehabilitation. Abstracts relating to projects in primary care, and care in the community are welcomed. There will be an opportunity for oral and poster presentations with an award for the best poster submissions.
