Pancreatic Cancer UK is hosting a free online education session on 25 June to help healthcare professionals increase their understanding of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI) and pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT).

Guest speaker will be Mary Phillips, senior specialist HBP dietitian at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. This session, from 9am-11am, is suitable for all healthcare professionals treating and supporting people with pancreatic cancer.

In light of the current intermittent PERT shortages across the UK, the event will also share guidance on what to do if a patient is running low or cannot get PERT.
